Construction Management Plan

A Construction Management Plan is a plan that outlines the proposed building works to be undertaken and how the Client / Contractor intends to manage the project to minimise the impact on the local residents during the works.

It is important to note that this plan is not the same as a Construction Phase Plan, albeit there is considerable overlap due to this document detailing how the Principal Contractor will plan, manage, monitor and coordinate their works throughout the construction phase.
